Tony and Christy are the owners of Pro Auto Service and Sales. Tony is carrying on the family legacy in the service department while starting his own with the sales devision. The service department has been in the family since 1997 founded by Winford Gray. Winford underwent some medical issues which resulted in the passing of the torch to his nephew. Tony and Christy took over the service department in 2021 and added the sales division during that same year. They take pride in doing honest and reliable work.
Kristen is the daughter of owners Tony and Christy Shelton and plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of the family business. Working primarily in the front office, she helps keep everything running smoothly—from receiving and managing shipments to handling title work and assisting with the many details that come with daily operations.
Kristen has been part of the business since day one and has grown alongside it, taking on more responsibilities as the company has expanded. Her knowledge of the business, attention to detail, and willingness to step in wherever needed make her an important part of the Pro Auto Sales & Service team.
Zack is the son of owners Tony and Christy Shelton and helps wherever he is needed throughout Pro Auto Sales & Service.
His responsibilities include transporting and detailing vehicles, purchasing vehicles for the service department, and assisting with vehicle repairs when needed. Zack is also our aftermarket specialist, helping with upgrades, accessories, and other aftermarket needs.
Zack is always willing to step in wherever needed to help keep the business running smoothly.
Kurt Buech is our Service Manager and has been with Pro Service for 15 years. He worked alongside Winford before the ownership transition and has remained an important part of the team ever since.
Kurt manages our technicians, shop workflow, estimates, and customer communication. He also works closely with customers to explain needed repairs and preventative maintenance, helping make sure they understand what their vehicle needs and why.
His experience and knowledge of the shop make him an important part of keeping the service department running smoothly.
We are proud to have a great group of reliable and honest technicians who bring a wide range of experience and unique skill sets to our service department.
Each technician brings something different to the team, allowing us to handle a variety of repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance needs. Many of our technicians have been with the business for five years or more, giving our customers the benefit of an experienced and dependable team they can trust.
Our front office staff helps keep the day-to-day operations of Pro Auto Sales & Service organized and running smoothly. They check customers in and out, schedule appointments, gather information for the service manager, and help keep communication flowing between the office and the shop.
Jessica works at the front desk and also assists with the car lot when needed. Karen keeps our parts department organized by handling inventory, returns, and making sure parts are accounted for. Gin helps with the front office as well and has another very important job around here—keeping everyone fed.
You’ve already met Kristen, who helps manage the daily operations of the front office, and Christy—better known around here as the “Boss Lady,” as the boys like to call her.
Together, they help keep everything behind the scenes moving and make sure our customers are taken care of from start to finish.
